I am writing to compliment Joseph, your remote IT colleague, who had done an awesome job in fixing the technical glitches I had encountered on the MS outlook on my newly purchased HP Elite laptop last Thursday, 16 April 2020. Throughout the 2 hours working with Joseph, I found him not only technical competent and resourceful but also patient and positive in his communications to customer (i.e. me) giving me the assurance that he was there to support.
As the system needed time to run after each fix, Joseph was very prompt in calling me back on the time he told me he would return call to check on the status. The best part is of course my new laptop is up and running as it should be after Joseph has fixed the glitches.
I believe Adventus has a very good member like Joseph in your team who brings about customer’s delight and satisfaction.
