Thanks for the email. I would like to extend my heartiest compliment to Arnell. He is one of the important asset to our team. I believe Arnell added a great enthusiasm to the team and he is a great contributor.

One of the main aspect in helpdesk support (Or any support for this matter) is the relationship that you build with the person you are supporting. This relation is a big deal to ensure that the user to feel themselves that they are in good hands. I personally felt that Arnell manage to build that relationship well.

Other notable aspect of Arnell is crafting the email which ensures that he understand the issue well and it will be really taken care. This will indeed ease the situation.

Morning everyone,

Helpdesk have been working both oracle and siteminder about the inventory sync issue. The below and attached is what came back late last night. It appears until we completely transition to synxis we will continue to have issues. The good news is that once the IBE is done that is all of the major OTA are done we won’t have as big an issue as what we are currently experiencing.

On a side note, Manoj/ CG – Arnell @ Helpdesk needs some recognition on how hard he has worked this. He has been a star trying to get to the bottom of this and has put up with me being on his back every day! Never waivered once!
