I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we are very pleased with the quality of service your staff Jason provides to us.

Very often, Jason has given us timely support that help to minimise any disruptive to our operation because of printer issues.

One recent example where one of our KM copier machine that have the punch hole feature missing and misaligned issue. Jason help us to follow up on the issue and try all his might to rectify. His attitude and commitment to provide customer satisfaction with quality services is unquestionable.

We sincerely appreciate his responsiveness and the way he attended to our issues. Last but not least, we are also very pleased with the customer service helpdesk with the way they attended to our queries via email or calls.

I greatly appreciate your guys, especially Rizal, Chin Loon and Jason Chia who have been assisting me on the deployment of the printers.

They did more than they are required to, being very helpful and without complain in moving our old printers to our storage.

They understood my requirement of setting up the printers pretty well, such as the printer settings where I have various specific settings to set.

When he came down today, he did a firmware update and changed the toner, and the printer seems to be working properly.

With year 2018 is coming to the end, we would like to take this opportunity to appreciate and thank Adventus team for their prompt and dedicated good services,

We would like to thank and compliment to your engineer Jason Chia who has helped a lot and put in tough effort in resolving our 1K clean rooms 585/586 series printers throughout this year to prevent downtime disruption to our operation summaries printout needs.

Jason had also shown his helpfulness in extending complimentary advise and solution to enable us resolve our management’s own standalone printer. Particularly he has consistently shown very good capability and attitude in troubleshooting and resolving our printer breakdown issues in the shortest down time possible.
